Our Guarantee Your membership automatically renews each month on the monthly anniversary date of your original payment and activation. Written cancellation requests must be received 10 days prior to your monthly recurring billing date. Any member unable to receive service under the subscribed plan within reasonable attempt to rectify situation or experience a lack of area coverage within 20 miles, may terminate membership within 30 calendar days, with written or oral proof of lack of coverage, and receive a complete refund minus rules stated above.
