1. Are your plans insurance?
No. These plans are not insurance plans. We don't pay for your claims - you pay the Provider at the time that you receive service. Through our plans there are no deductibles, no pre-existing conditions and no waiting. And you have a much larger selection of providers to choose from. Once you enroll in our plan, we enter you as an eligible member in the computer systems of the applicable networks that are part of your chosen plan.

3. What is the advantage of the Select Members Advantage Plan?
The Select Members Advantage program was designed to offer members the opportunity to access additional savings on their health care and family need costs. The Dental Plan offers members up to 60% off the retail price of most dental procedures and services at over 80,000 access points across the country. The Vision plan offers members access to over 40,000 EyeMed Vision care providers nationwide. The plan can save members 10% to 50% on vision products and procedures. The Family Legal Referral plan offers members access to over 25,000 qualified plan attorneys that provide free services such as consultation and document review, as well as capping all extended hourly rates to $125/hr. Plus members will have access to our $25,000 Identity Theft Protection program, the Financial assistance package and get a Travel & Entertainment card with a $500 value all by joining.

5. When is my membership effective?
Upon receiving your ID card, you are eligible to go to any participating vendor locations at the direction of your membership card. If you have any question regarding a provider please call (800) 613-4841 for additional assistance.
6. How do I start using the Select Member Advantage Card?
As soon as you receive your ID card you may contact any of the participating Dental, Vision, Rx or Legal providers and schedule an appointment or service. There may be separate cards for service providers so be sure to give the correct card as directed in your membership material. The dental or vision care office will verify your eligibility. Payment is due to the provider at the time of service.

8. What's the minimum and maximum age to join the program?
There are no age limitations
9. If I have a family membership, does everyone have to go to the same provider?
No, each family member may see a different participating provider and/or change participating providers as often as they wish.
