Before I joined your roadside program, I had been with a different company for almost 10 years. The first time I tried to use it, because my radiator hose broke, it took well over an hour before anyone showed up. I was very disappointed and decided to switch my roadside coverage. Approximately half way into my first year with your program my battery wouldn’t start. I called, and in less than 30 minutes my car was being jump started and battery lines tested. The truck driver even cleaned off my battery terminals and I haven’t had a problem since. Thank You.

I just wanted you to know how you turned what looked like a very bad day into a good one.
A bad fan belt that broke just three weeks earlier was replaced. I travel a lot on business and the same belt broke again. It was then I remembered I had your roadside service and I must tell you that they responded very fast and were very professional. This was my first time using the program and I hope I don’t need it again, but if I do, I know who I can count on. I just can’t thank you enough. (This member actually called us shortly after the tow to let us know how pleased they were with the service.)

I was coming back late one night from the theater and I could feel the car was not driving right. I pulled over and realized that I may have a flat. I consider myself very handy, until I tried to loosing those rusted lug nuts off the wheel. It really didn’t matter at this point as my spare was also flat. You don’t know how good it was to see those flashing tow truck lights. What a relief it was and they made me feel safe and they towed me to local garage. Signing up for your program was one of my better decisions. Thank you very much.

I never thought I would need to use this program and am I glad I signed up when I did. Last year there was a very large snow storm that hit while I was at work. On my way home I was unable to drive up a very steep hill and slid into an embankment on the side of the road. I thought that I would have to wait a long time to get pulled out because of the weather, but surprisingly I was pulled out and back home in about an hour. I am very appreciative that someone showed up in a reasonable amount of time. Your program did what it said it would do. I plan on staying a member for a long time.

I just recently signed up for your roadside program. Before I even received my membership cards, my antique car broke down two miles away from my house. Because I didn’t have my roadside card I felt like I would have to wait to find someone to help get my car home. Instead, I decided to call your customer service line to see if there was anyway to get help even though I just signed up. Not only did the customer service rep give me all my identification information over the phone, but they personally called into the emergency dispatch line to assist in getting me a tow truck. I appreciate all the great service. Thank You!

I have not had to use the emergency portion of the program, but I did call to have maps sent to me on a vacation I was taking. They were very detailed and easy to read. It even had some fun games for our family to play on the car ride down. Usually a roadside program is just a roadside program. You allowed it to be pretty fun for everybody.

I have never had a roadside program because it has always been very expensive to cover my family. Not only was your program very affordable, but I was even able to make sure my mother was covered. Hopefully I never break down, but at least I know I have a little protection. The gentleman who signed me up was extremely nice and spoke with me for a while about what was covered under my plan. Thank you for being so nice.

My car has never broken down until my tire caught a roofing nail and went flat. Normally that is an easy change but after getting out my spare I realized that was flat too. I called the towing phone number and someone came out and filled my spare. They also plugged my main tire. You definitely showed up very quick and I appreciate that.
