- Roadside Assistance – covers member, spouse and up to 3 children while driving/riding in all private passenger vehicles and motorcycles:
- 24 Hour Dispatch Emergency Towing Service - To the nearest repair facility, including accidents & non-accident related towing.
- Hook-Up and up to 100
miles of towing. Includes vehicle extrication and winching
- Service available in the United States and Canada.
- A separate toll free number will be assigned for the United States and one for Canada.
- Provide the following information – Your name, member number, Producer Code, and Plan Code.
- 24 Hour Dispatch Emergency Road Service – A service truck will be quickly dispatched to come to the member's aid.
- 24 Hour Dispatch Emergency Delivery Of Supplies - A service truck will deliver emergency supplies of gasoline, water, oil or other necessary supplies. The member only pays cost of the supplies.
- 24 Hour Dispatch Tire Service - A service person will change the inflated spare from mount to wheel.
- 24 Hour Dispatch Emergency Battery Service - All service vehicles are equipped to boost batteries and perform minor adjustments to alternators, starters, etc. while on the road.
- 24 Hour Dispatch Lockout Service - If the member's keys are lost, broken or you are accidentally locked out of your vehicle, a locksmith will be dispatched.

Free Map Routing
Traveling anywhere in the continental US, call our map routing specialists and we will provide you with detailed color maps to get you where you want to go. Please provide your Select Benefits Roadside Club membership #, Plan Code, and Producer Code.
Additional Services
- Credit Card Protection - If your credit cards are lost or stolen, notify the service and they will in turn notify all your credit card companies of your loss and request replacements. If you have a loss you will be reimbursed you up to the covered amount.
- Notary Public Service - You will be reimbursed for such expenses when needed in your travels.
- Message Center - While you are traveling, the service can receive your messages. Just forward your calls to Toll Free Post Office Box. If you're traveling anywhere in the United States and temporarily have no mailing address, the service will be glad to become your post office. Just simply mark the mail: "Hold It For Arrival - Tourist Mail".
- Lost Luggage Protection - If your baggage is lost by a transportation carrier, follow carefully the "Lost Baggage Claim Procedure" which is customary with the carrier involved. If you are not satisfied with the results, notify us in writing, supplying a copy of your claim check and claim form. We will endeavor to follow up on your claim to assure a fair settlement and cover any loss up to your covered amount.
