How To Use
Roadside Assistance
Call the toll free number on your membership card.
Provide your producer code, roadside membership number and plan code, all of which are provided on your membership card.
Important: Please be with your vehicle when the service provider arrives. An unattended vehicle cannot be serviced.
Roadside Assistance (25 mile tow or up to $100 reimbursement)
Roadside Assistance – covers member, spouse and up to 3 children under the age of 24 while driving/riding in all private passenger vehicles and motorcycles:
- 24 Hour Dispatch Emergency Towing Service - To the nearest repair facility, including accidents & non-accident related towing.
- Hook-Up and up to 25 miles of towing at no charge. Includes vehicle extrication and winching (1 truck for 1 hour)
- Service available in the United States and Canada.
Emergency Road Service – Any available contracted road service that is needed to get your vehicle running (e.g. tightening of cables or belts, etc.)
Essential Fluids or Supplies Delivery - Gasoline, water, oil, or any supplies necessary to send your car on it's way. You are responsible for the actual cost of the fluid or supplies requested.
Flat Tire Changes/Repair - Flat tire change with your good spare or plugging a punctured tire.
Emergency Battery Service - Tightening or cleaning of cables, jumpstarts, minor adjustments to alternator, etc.
Lockout Services - Help gaining entry to your accidently locked vehicle.
Accident Towing - Safe removal of your vehicle from the scene of an accident.

Additional Services
- Notary Reimbursement Service - If you need a notary seal when traveling, you may request a reimbursement of the notary services cost in full.
- Message Center - While traveling, you can have your calls forwarded to our message center so you can retrieve your messages while away from home. If you temporarily have no mailing address, the service will be glad to become your post office. Call 1-800-338-2680 for details.
- Lost Luggage Protection - If your baggage is lost by a transportation carrier and you are not satisfied with the claim results, notify us in writing, supplying a copy of your claim check and claim form. We will follow up on your claim to ensure a fair settlement. Call 1-800-338-2680 for details.
